1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all transactions carried out on the Website operated by the Website Operator.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Acceptance is confirmed by ticking a checkbox or clicking a dedicated button before completing your purchase.

The Website offers office accessories (the “Products”) for sale to any user, whether an individual or a legal entity (the “Customer”).

Each Product is described with its essential characteristics, either directly or via a link to the manufacturer’s website. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

While we strive for accuracy, minor variations (e.g. colour or presentation) may occur and do not affect conformity.

All Products comply with applicable legal requirements in France.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment and secure access to use the Website.


3. Orders

Products are offered subject to availability.

If a Product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the Customer will be informed by email and may choose between:

  • a replacement product of equivalent quality and price; or
  • a full refund within fourteen (14) days.

No additional compensation will be payable.

Orders are considered final once confirmed, subject to statutory rights (including cancellation rights).

By placing an order, the Customer confirms their obligation to pay.

Prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery costs unless stated otherwise.

The order process (selection → validation → payment) constitutes an electronic signature.

7. Retention of Title

Ownership of the Products remains with the Website Operator until full payment has been received.


8. Delivery

Delivery is available to customers residing in France and the European Union.

Delivery means the transfer of physical possession of the goods to the Customer.

Orders will be delivered within a maximum of thirty (30) days unless otherwise specified.

If delivery is delayed, the Customer will be informed.

The Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Upon delivery, the Customer should check the condition of the goods and report any issues promptly.


9. Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the goods.

You must return the goods within fourteen (14) days of notifying cancellation.

Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days of notification, but may be withheld until goods are received or proof of return is provided.

Return costs are borne by the Customer unless the product is faulty.
