Refund policy

1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-off Period)

Under applicable consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days from the day you receive your goods, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty.

2. How to Exercise Your Right to Cancel

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by email at: contact@mivvostudio.com.

Upon receipt of your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day you inform us of your decision to cancel.

3. Return Costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods when exercising your right to cancel.

However, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to cover all or part of the return costs, particularly in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

4. Condition of Returned Goods

You may handle and inspect the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

If the value of the goods is diminished as a result of handling beyond what is necessary, we may make a deduction from the reimbursement.

5. Refunds

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a more expensive delivery method).

Return costs remain your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

We will process the refund without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we are informed of your decision to cancel.

However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods (such as proof of postage or a valid tracking number), whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

6. Faulty or Non-Conforming Goods

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@mivvostudio.com.

Upon verification of the issue, we will cover the return costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund, in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Non-Eligible Returns

In accordance with applicable regulations, the right to cancel does not apply to:

• goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
• sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery;
• goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
